My Pilates journey started with a VCS tape where I did Pilates on the carpet in my living room, in college. I loved that I needed nothing and felt like I just laid on the floor and kicked my legs around to get abs. Years later, I would dive deeper into the practice and find that a whole lot was going on while “kicking my legs around”. I took the leap to learning more about the practice at Power Pilates in New York City where I received my teaching certificate and from there it has been an endless journey of acquiring knowledge. I hope you can see my passion while working with me.
